FAQs

Not that anyone actually asked these, but here goes:

1. What inspired the exegetical works on op-ed writing?

I once read a blog called Slacktivist (maybe 8 or 9 years ago), when the author was going through the 12?-volume Left Behind series paragraph by paragraph, critiquing the whole thing. I'm not sure how many hundreds of posts he ended up writing, but it was spectacular. I hope to do the same thing, albeit on a much more lilliputian scale.

2. Why do you put some things in bold font? Are you trying to arm the reader?

No. I read a lot--probably more than 99.9% of everyone else does. But (or maybe, therefore?) I really like it when someone makes their point clear and obvious. There's so much out there to read, so authors should do what little they can to make things easier for readers.
